Definition
Institutional Unit (Enterprise):
An economic entity that is capable in its own right of owning assets, incurring liabilities and engaging in economic activities and transactions with other entities.
Establishment:
Establishment is an enterprise or part of it, which is located in one place and specialized mainly in productive one major activity (not assistant) which will bring the majority of the value added. (with the possibility of production of secondary activities) and for which the data are available, allowing operating surplus account, which provides data for the workers, expenses, production and revenue, and fixed assets. The units which produce for the purposes of private entity does not consider a separate establishments if they fall within the establishment itself, but if it is located outside the boundaries of the establishment and is located in a separate building, it is auxiliary unit, such as warehouses or private garage repair equipment establishment and performs services not for the public
