Unemployment rate in Palestine remained at the same level in 2021 about 26% of the labour force participants compared with 2020.
The overall Producer Price Index (PPI) for Palestine with its base year (2019 = 100) reached 106.38 in March 2022, as it increased by 0.89% compared to February 2022.
Exports decreased in February, 2022 by 7% compared to January, 2022.
he Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 119.58 with a sharp increase of 3.60% during March 2022 compared with February 2022
The overall Wholesale Price Index in Palestine during Quarter one 2022 recorded a sharp increase by 3.86% compared with quarter four 2021
The overall Consumer Price Index CPI for Palestine during March 2022 recorded an increase by 1.03% compared with February 2022
The estimated number of children (under 18 years) is expected to be 2.35 million in Palestine by mid-2022, with 1.20 million males and 1.15 million females.
The overall IPI in Palestine reached 105.01 during February 2022 with an increase of 5.98% compared to January 2022 (Base Year 2019 = 100).
