The overall PPI in Palestine with its base year (2019=100) reached 105.32 in 2022, which indicates a sharp increase by 7.43% compared to 2021.
Exports increased in November, 2022 by 14% compared to October, 2022. Imports increased in November, 2022 by 9% compared to October, 2022.
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 118.97 during 2022 with a sharp increase of 5.85% compared with 2021 (Base year 2013=100).
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 119.23 with a decrease of 0.26% during December 2022 compared with November 2022 (base year 2013=100).
The overall Wholesale Price Index in Palestine during 2022 recorded a sharp increase by 7.42% compared with 2021 (9.74% for local products, and by 6.62% for imported products).
The increase in the Consumer Price Index has accumulated over the past two years to reach 5%, by 3.74% in 2022 and by 1.24% in 2021
The overall Consumer Price Index CPI for Palestine during December 2022 recorded a slight increase by 0.01% compared with November 2022 (0.88% in Jerusalem J1*, and with a slight increase by 0.05% in the West Bank**, while the CPI decreased by 0.69% in Gaza Strip).
The overall IPI in Palestine reached 109.64 during November 2022 which indicates a decrease of 4.22% compared to October 2022 (Base Year 2019 = 100).
