Increase in the Industrial Production Index (IPI) in Palestine during July, 07/2026

The overall IPI in Palestine reached 83.67 during July 2026 with an increase of 0.94% compared to June 2026 (Base Year 2019 = 100).

IPI for July 2026 increased due to the increase in the activities of Electricity, Gas, Steam and Air Conditioning Supply by 9.19%, which had a share of 7.38% of the total industry, the activities of Mining and Quarrying by 0.47%, which had a share of 2.89% of the total industry, and the activities of Manufacturing Industry by 0.13%, which had a share of 87.89% of the total industry. While, the activities of Water Supply, Sewerage, Waste Management and Remediation decreased by 4.33%, which had a share of 1.84% of the total industry. 

Notice for Users:
11% of industrial establishments in Gaza Strip returned to work during July 2026, out of 114 establishments that are representative of the industrial index sample in Gaza Strip.
