Palestinian Consumer Price Index, December, 12/2014
Increase in the CPI during December, 12/2014 compared with previous month
The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during December 2014 increased by 0.65% compared with November 2014 (by 0.97% in Gaza Strip, 0.67% in Jerusalem J1*, and by 0.42% in the West Bank).
The CPI during December 2014 increased by 1.19% compared with December 2013 (by 3.38% in Gaza Strip, 2.23% in Jerusalem J1*, while it decreased by 0.41% in the West Bank).
The change in Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Palestine for December 2014 is traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure sub groups compared with previous month:
