Palestinian Consumer Price Index, January , 01/2015
Decrease in the CPI during January 2015 compared with previous month
The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during January 2015 decreased by 0.40% compared with December 2014 (by 1.05% in Jerusalem J1*, 0.64% in the West Bank, while it increased by 0.29% in Gaza Strip).
The CPI during January 2015 increased by 0.49% compared with January 2014 (by 0.72% in Gaza Strip, while it decreased by 0.76% in Jerusalem J1*, and by 0.49% in the West Bank).
The change in Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Palestine for January 2015 is traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure sub groups compared with previous month:
