Decrease in the CPI during February 2015 compared with previous month
The overall Consumer Price Index (CPI) for Palestine during February 2015 decreased by 0.42% compared with January 2015 (by 0.57% in the West Bank, 0.21% in Gaza Strip, and by 0.13% in Jerusalem J1*).
The CPI during February 2015 increased by 0.28% compared with February 2014 (by 0.58% in Gaza Strip, while it decreased by 0.83% in the West Bank, and by 0.73% in Jerusalem J1*).
The change in Consumer Price Index (CPI) in Palestine for February 2015 is traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure sub groups compared with previous month:
