Preliminary Results of the Palestinian Registered* External Trade in Goods of November, 11/2018
Exports in Goods:
Exports decreased in November, 2018 by 3% compared to October, 2018. While it increased by 3% compared to November, 2017 and reached USD 95.6 Million.
Exports to Israel decreased in November, 2018 by 6% compared to October, 2018 and it represented 84% of total exports in November, 2018.
On the other hand, exports to other countries increased by 17% during the same period compared to October, 2018 and reached USD 15.3 Million.
Imports in Goods:
Imports decreased in November, 2018 by 3% compared to October, 2018. While it increased by 12% compared to November, 2017 and reached USD 494.4 Million.
Imports from Israel decreased by 7% in November, 2018 compared to October, 2018 and it represented 56% of total imports in November, 2018.
On the other hand, imports from other countries increased by 3% compared to October, 2018.
Net Trade Balance on Registered Goods:
The trade balance which represents the difference between exports and imports showed a decrease in trade deficit by 3% in November, 2018 compared to October, 2018. While it increased by 14% compared to November, 2017 and reached USD 398.8 Million.
