Increase in the Industrial Production Index (IPI) in Palestine

During November, 11/2021

The overall IPI in Palestine reached 108.74 during November 2021 with an increase of 1.10% compared to October 2021 (Base Year 2019 = 100).

IPI for November 2021 increased due to the increase in the activities of Manufacturing Industry by 2.26% which had a share of 87.89% of the total industry, and the activities of Water Supply, Sewerage, Waste Management and Remediation slightly increased by 0.09% which had a share of 1.84% of the total industry. While the activities of Mining and Quarrying decreased by 11.33% which had a share of 2.89% of the total industry, and the activities of Electricity, Gas, Steam and Air Conditioning Supply decreased by 7.53% which had a share of 7.38% of the total industry.
