Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI), Road Cost Index (RCI), Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) and Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank* During 2024
Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 121.70 during 2024 with an increase of 1.00% compared with 2023 (Base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of the labour costs and wages increased by 2.46%, and the price of raw material increased by 0.31%. While, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.10% during 2024 compared with the previous year.
Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 120.61 during 2024 with an increase of 0.91% compared with 2023 (Base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of the labour costs and wages increased by 2.46%, and the price of raw material increased by 0.22%. While, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.37% during 2024 compared with the previous year.
Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton buildings in the West Bank* reached 120.98 during 2024 with an increase of 0.64% compared with 2023 (Base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of the labour costs and wages increased by 2.71%. While, the price of raw material decreased by 0.27%, and the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.13% during 2024 compared with the previous year.
Increase in the Road Cost Index (RCI)
The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) in the West Bank* reached 117.44 during 2024 with an increase of 0.37% compared with 2023 (Base month December 2008=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of raw material increased by 0.90%. While, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.89%, the prices of the labour costs and wages decreased by 0.46%, and the prices of operating costs of equipment and maintenance slightly decreased by 0.03% during 2024 compared with the previous year.
Increase in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)
The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) in the West Bank* reached 130.84 during 2024 with an increase of 1.04% compared with 2023 (Base month January 2010=100).
Water networks Cost Index reached 135.09 with an increase of 1.47%. While, water reservoirs Cost Index reached 121.47 with a slight decrease of 0.01% during 2024 compared with the previous year
Increase in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)
The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank* reached 117.44 during 2024 with an increase of 1.11% compared with 2023 (Base month January 2010=100).

Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 122.33 with a decrease of 0.45% during December 2024 compared with November 2024 (base year 2013=100).
Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for non-residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 121.20 with a decrease of 0.45% during December 2024 compared with November 2024 (base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of the labour costs and wages decreased by 0.76%, the prices of raw material decreased by 0.23%, and the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.20% during December 2024 compared with the previous month.
Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for skeleton buildings in the West Bank* reached 121.61 with a decrease of 0.30% during December 2024 compared with November 2024 (Base year 2013=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of the labour costs and wages decreased by 0.49%, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.23%, and the prices of raw material decreased by 0.19% during December 2024 compared with the previous month.
Decrease in the Road Cost Index (RCI)
The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) in the West Bank* reached 116.17 with a decrease of 0.33% during December 2024 compared with November 2024 (Base month December 2008=100).
At the level of major groups, the prices of the labour costs wages decreased by 4.58%, and the prices of rental of equipment slightly decreased by 0.04%. While, the prices of operating costs of equipment and maintenance increased by 0.67%, and the prices of raw material increased by 0.32% during December 2024 compared with the previous month.
Increase in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)
The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) in the West Bank* reached 132.64 with an increase of 0.52% during December 2024 compared with November 2024 (Base month January 2010=100).
Water Networks Cost Index reached 137.43 with an increase of 0.83%. While, the Water Reservoirs Cost Index reached 122.09 with a decrease of 0.24% during December 2024 compared with November 2024.
Slight increase in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)
The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank* reached 117.98 with a slight increase of 0.04% during December 2024 compared with November 2024 (Base month January 2010=100).
