Slight decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential Buildings

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 121.72 with a slight decrease of 0.09% during March 2025 compared with February 2025 (base year 2013=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.13%, the prices of the labour costs and wages slightly decreased by 0.06%, and the prices of raw material slightly decreased by 0.03% during March 2025 compared with the previous month.

Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for non-residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 120.59 with a decrease of 0.10% during March 2025 compared with February 2025 (base year 2013=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.14%, the prices of the labour costs and wages slightly decreased by 0.06%, and the prices of raw material slightly decreased by 0.05% during March 2025 compared with the previous month.

Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings

The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for skeleton buildings in the West Bank* reached 120.20 with a decrease of 0.10% during March 2025 compared with February 2025 (Base year 2013=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of rental of equipment decreased by 0.13%, the prices of raw material slightly decreased by 0.08%, and the prices of the labour costs and wages slightly decreased by 0.06% during March 2025 compared with the previous month.

Decrease in the Road Cost Index (RCI)

The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) in the West Bank* reached 115.90 with decrease of 0.29% during March 2025 compared with February 2025 (Base month December 2008=100).

At the level of major groups, the prices of raw material decreased by 0.58%, and the prices of operating costs of equipment and maintenance decreased by 0.41%. While, the prices of the labour costs and wages increased by 0.52%, and the prices of rental of equipment slightly increased by 0.01% during March 2025 compared with the previous month.

Slight increase in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)

The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) in the West Bank* reached 133.68 with a slight increase of 0.09% during March 2025 compared with February 2025 (Base month February 2010=100).

Water Networks Cost Index reached 140.01 with an increase of 0.29%. While, the Water Reservoirs Cost Index reached 119.76 with a decrease of 0.40% during March 2025 compared with February 2025.

Decrease in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)

The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank* reached 118.54 with a decrease of 0.16% during March 2025 compared with February 2025 (Base month February 2010=100).
