A PRESIDENTIAL DECREE ON PROMOTING Ms. Ola Awad, PRESIDENT OF  PCBS To A Minister

His Excellency  Mr. Mahmoud Abbas "Abu Mazen", President of the State of Palestine,  issued a presidential decree to promote  Ms. Ola Awad, president of PCBS to a rank of a Minister and upon  recommendation of  His Excellency  Dr. Rami Alhamdallah, The Prime Minister in accordance to  a decree of the Council of Ministers No. (04.25.16 / m., w / r. h) of  2014.  Dated on 01/04/2014.
