Slight Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings reached 105.89 with   a slight increase of 0.01% in the West Bank* during May 2018 compared with April 2018 (base year 2013 = 100).

The CCI for residential buildings slightly increased due to the slight increase in the prices of raw materials by 0.02%, while rental of equipment slightly decreased by 0.01%. At the same time, labour wages remained stable during May 2018 compared with the previous month.

Slight Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for non-residential buildings reached 105.80 with a slight decrease of 0.04% in the West Bank* during May 2018 compared with April 2018 (base year 2013 = 100).

The CCI for Non-Residential buildings slightly decreased due to the slight decrease in the prices of raw materials by 0.06%, and rental of equipment by 0.01%. At the same time, labour wages remained stable during May 2018 compared with the previous month.

Slight Decrease in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for skeleton buildings reached 105.68 with a slight decrease of 0.05% in the West Bank* during May 2018 compared with April 2018 (base year 2013 = 100).

The CCI for skeleton buildings slightly decreased due to the slight decrease in the prices of raw materials by 0.08%, and rental of equipment by 0.01%. At the same time, labour wages remained stable during May 2018 compared with the previous month.
Slight Increase in the Road Cost Index (RCI)
The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) reached 109.74 with a slight increase of 0.09% in the West Bank* during May 2018 compared with April 2018 (base month December 2008 = 100).

The overall RCI slightly increased due to the increase in operating costs of equipment and maintenance by 1.73%, and the prices of raw materials by 0.11%, while rental of equipment slightly decreased by 0.05%. At the same time, labour wages remained stable during May 2018 compared with the previous month.

Slight Decrease in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)
The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) reached 113.84 with a slight decrease of 0.05% in the West Bank* during May 2018 compared with April 2018 (base month January 2010 = 100).

Water Reservoirs Cost Index reached 110.26 with a slight decrease of 0.06%, and Water Networks Cost Index reached 115.46 with a slight decrease of 0.04% during May 2018 compared with the previous month.

Slight Decrease in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)
The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) reached 109.38 with a slight decrease of 0.05% in the West Bank* during May 2018 compared with April 2018 (base month January 2010 = 100).
