The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 105.84 during 2018 with an increase of 1.63% compared with 2017 (base year 2013=100).

Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential buildings in the West Bank* reached 105.78 during 2018 with an increase of 1.55% compared with 2017 (base year 2013=100).

Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton buildings in the West Bank* reached 105.53 during 2018 with an increase of 2.84% compared with 2017 (base year 2013=100).

Increase in the Road Cost Index (RCI)
The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) in the West Bank* reached 110.08 during 2018 with an increase of 1.88% compared with 2017 (Base month December 2008=100).

Increase in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)
The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) in the West Bank* reached 113.90 during 2018 with an increase of 1.77% compared with 2017 (Base month January 2010=100).

Increase in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)
The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) in the West Bank* reached 109.51 during 2018 with an increase of 0.82% compared with 2017 (Base month January 2010=100).

Slight Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for residential buildings reached 106.00 with a slight increase of 0.09% in the West Bank* during December 2018 compared with November 2018 (base year 2013=100).

The CCI for residential buildings slightly increased due to the increase in labour wages by 1.12%, while the prices of raw materials decreased by 0.39%, and rental of equipment by 0.16% during December 2018 compared with the previous month.

Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Non-residential Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for non-residential buildings reached 105.97 with an increase of 0.11% in the West Bank* during December 2018 compared with November 2018 (base year 2013=100).

The CCI for non-Residential buildings increased due to the increase in labour wages by 1.12%, while the prices of raw materials decreased by 0.32%, and rental of equipment by 0.11% during December 2018 compared with the previous month.


Slight Increase in the Construction Cost Index (CCI) for Skeleton Buildings
The Construction Cost Index (CCI) for skeleton buildings reached 105.61 with a slight increase of 0.09% in the West Bank* during December 2018 compared with November 2018 (base year 2013=100).

The CCI for skeleton buildings slightly increased due to the increase in labour wages by 1.17%, and rental of equipment slightly increased by 0.04%, while the prices of raw materials decreased by 0.34% during December 2018 compared with the previous month.

Decrease in the Road Cost Index (RCI)
The overall Road Cost Index (RCI) reached 109.41 with a decrease of 1.20% in the West Bank* during December 2018 compared with November 2018 (base month December 2008=100).

The overall RCI decreased due to the decrease in operating costs of equipment and maintenance by 4.10%, labour wages by 1.75%, and the prices of raw materials by 1.71%, while rental of equipment increased by 0.54% during December 2018 compared with the previous month.

Decrease in the Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI)
The overall Water Networks Cost Index (WNCI) reached 113.72 with a decrease of 0.52% in the West Bank* during December 2018 compared with November 2018 (base month January 2010=100).

Water Networks Cost Index reached 115.78 with a decrease of 0.63%, and Water Reservoirs Cost Index reached 109.21 with a decrease of 0.25% during December 2018 compared with the previous month.

Decrease in the Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI)
The overall Sewage Networks Cost Index (SNCI) reached 109.33 with a decrease of 0.38% in the West Bank* during December 2018 compared with November 2018 (base month January 2010=100).
