Slight decrease in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) during February,02/2019
The overall CPI for Palestine during February 2019 slightly decreased by 0.05% compared with January 2019 (by 0.57% in Gaza Strip, and by 0.49% in Jerusalem J1*, while it increased by 0.17% in the West Bank**).
The changes in Palestinian CPI for February 2019 is traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure sub groups compared with previous month:

The Palestinian CPI during February 2019 increased by 0.44% compared with February 2018 (by 1.22% in the West Bank**, and by 0.13% in Jerusalem J1*, while it decreased by 1.03% in Gaza Strip).
