Consumer Prices Continued its Increase within the third month respectively as result of the increase in the prices of fresh chicken, eggs, fruit, and flour

The overall Consumer Price Index CPI for Palestine during March 2022 recorded an increase by 1.03% compared with February 2022 (1.93% in Gaza Strip, 0.80% in the West Bank**, and 0.71% in Jerusalem J1*).
The changes in Palestinian CPI for March 2022 were traced back to changes in prices of the following expenditure sub groups compared with previous month:

The Palestinian CPI during March 2022 increased by 3.62% compared with March 2021 (4.82% in Gaza Strip, 4.16% in Jerusalem J1*, and 3.14% in the West Bank**).
