A decline in Registered* Exports and Imports of Goods in July, 07/2024

compared to July, 2023.

 

Exports in Goods

Exports decreased in July, 2024 by 3% compared to July, 2023 and reached USD 137 Million.

Exports to Israel decreased in July, 2024 by 4% compared to July, 2023 and it represented 91% of total exports in July, 2024.

On the other hand, exports to other countries increased by 6% during the same period compared to July, 2023.

 

Imports in Goods

Imports decreased in July, 2024 by 11% compared to July, 2023 and reached USD 621.2 Million.

Imports from Israel decreased by 14% in July, 2024 compared to July, 2023 and it represented 56% of total imports in July, 2024.

At the same time, imports from other countries decreased by 7% compared to July, 2023.

 

 

Trade Balance on Registered Goods

The trade balance which represents the difference between exports and imports showed a decrease in trade deficit by 13% in July, 2024 compared to July, 2023 and reached USD 484.2 Million.

 

It is worth mentioning that the above figures are currently available only at the aggregate level, while the detailed data will be provided in the fourth quarter of next year.
