A decline in Registered* Exports and Imports of Goods in September, 09/2024 compared to September 2023.

Exports in Goods

Exports decreased in September 2024 by 1% compared to September 2023 and reached USD 124.7 Million.

Exports to Israel decreased in September 2024 by 3% compared to September 2023 and it represented 90% of total exports in September, 2024.

On the other hand, exports to other countries increased by 23% during the same period compared to September, 2023.

Imports in Goods

Imports decreased in September, 2024 by 18% compared to September, 2023 and reached USD 556.5 Million.

Imports from Israel decreased by 16% in September, 2024 compared to September, 2023 and it represented 61% of total imports in September, 2024.

At the same time, imports from other countries decreased by 20% compared to September, 2023.

Trade Balance on Registered Goods

The trade balance which represents the difference between exports and imports showed a decrease in trade deficit by 22% in September, 2024 compared to September, 2023 and reached USD 431.8 Million.

 It is worth mentioning that the above figures are currently available only at the aggregate level, while the detailed data will be provided during the fourth quarter of next year.
